We do not offer quick-yield money schemes, passive income packages, or automatic procurement guarantees. Our support operations function exclusively on clear B2B supply-chain contracts designed to protect our national retail shelves from loose, unvetted, defective broom grass.
Program Execution Stages
Every agreement-based partnership strictly moves through the following 6 stages.
Commercial Application Assessment
Prospective micro-assembly units submit their manufacturing capabilities, local labor scale, machineries, and power facilities for profile registration.
Material & Product Approval
Our technical team reviews and categorizes the grass grades, fiber binders, handle grips, and sewing counts to issue strict manufacturing blueprints.
Physical Sample Verification
Clients manufacture and submit a physical sample batch of 10–50 grass brooms to our Behror hub to run checks on moisture level, density, and grip pull.
Bilateral Service Agreement
A legally binding, mutual commercial contract is finalized and stamped. It defines strict unit pricing structures, inspection tolerances, and scheduling terms.
Standardized Production
The approved partner manufactures the specified broom volumes, utilizing moisture-protected storage and dry combing techniques.
Scheduled Procurement & Transit
Upon successful spot batch quality cleared certificate, we execute scheduled cargo pickups to transport the inventory to major distribution warehouses.
Bost Bridge maintains zero compromise on quality specs. Our national distribution contracts dictate high shelf life. Any broom lot failing any inspection criteria below is rejected during Rajasthan depot check-in.
Incoming Moisture & Combing Grading
We check grass moisture levels using digital pin meters. Any batch registering above 12% moisture index is immediately returned. High moisture creates inside-out mold that snaps the gold grass core during storage.
Likewise, all grass must undergo double combing to shred loose seed pods. Broom bundles leaving seed trails inside retail grocery chains damage brand credibility.
Weight Genuineness & Binding Rules
The finished assembly weight must match your agreed parameters (e.g. 500g ±10g deviation limit). We do not accept light-weighting or heavy-weighting (inserting wet lead wires, sand cores, or uncombed seed pockets).
Broom cores must be bound using industrial high-tension steel wire and sealed with double-tight lock loops to guarantee grass stalks never slide out during heavy usage sweeps.
