Workers unbundle the grass and use specialized combs to remove fine dust, seeds, and broken fibers. This manual step guarantees almost zero shedding when used.

To avoid shortchanging clients, every broom core is graded on high-precision electronic scale checks to match exact weights (400g, 500g, or 600g specifications).

Using either heavy-duty virgin plastic handles or wire-bound eco-pipes, the grass is high-pressure compressed and fitted to ensure it never pulls loose.

Each item is shaken and checked for structure, grip, and finish. For private-label agreements, the client's brand sleeves are heated and heat-shrunk perfectly.

Brooms are packed into high-strength 50-unit master cartons, loaded onto transit vehicles, and dispatched from Rajasthan to distributors across India.
